I hadn't fully grasped the extent of the preliminary work required to enhance processes. Evelina and her team dedicated three weeks to engaging with individuals connected to the process, delving into their motivations and frustrations, and empathizing with their experiences. After ensuring everyone felt acknowledged, they collaborated with us to improve the process. If they had relied solely on a conventional survey, the process changes might not have been as enduring.

After working with Evelina and her team, I decided to go back to school and pursue a degree. I have one semester left, and when I’m done, I will look for opportunities to help organizations become lean.
